Linnia J. F. Chea has over seven years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, and project management. Her work has contributed to programs across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and the Americas with both local and international NGOs in the fields of education, health, and conservation. At SMART Liberia, Linnia served as Communications Manager, where she led outreach and storytelling to support education and youth leadership programs. At Last Mile Health, she led business landscape research and streamlined the vetting of funding opportunities and donor relationships. Her efforts supported the organisation’s work to improve healthcare access in underserved communities across Liberia and beyond.

In her current role at Health In Harmony, Linnia helps drive the organisation’s fundraising and advocacy strategies. She oversees HIH’s participation at international forums to raise the organisation’s profile and expand individual giving.

Linnia is based in Monrovia, Liberia, and holds a BA in English and Sociology. She is certified in Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD PRO). She is passionate about improving processes that enhance user experiences and deliver stronger outcomes.

As a board member of the Vamba Sherif Foundation, she contributes strategic insight in nonprofit operations, donor engagement, and systems development to help advance the foundation’s goals.
