Hailing from the resilient land of Lofa County, Liberia, Malek V. Al Sherif is an HR professional with more than a decade and a half of expertise across the industrial and financial sectors, and a founding member of the Vamba Sherif Foundation. His life’s journey has been shaped by both profound hardship and unwavering hope. As a child of Liberia’s civil unrest, his early years were clouded by war, moral collapse, and lost innocence. That stolen childhood ignited a lifelong vow: no child should ever be denied the joy of growing up in peace or the opportunity to receive a quality education. That promise fuels his work today.
